overall had really good stay for a short visit. all the staff was helpful and caring, solved my issues. the room was brand-new and large in shower bathroom, and i slept very well. the location was in the heart of the city, minutes walking distance from a palace and a temple. the hotel was on a quiet side street.

Booked a room with incredible views of the arabian sea. There was plenty of tasty meals. The location was wonderful, not too far from a Saracenic triumphal arch. The staffs were caring & attentive.

The location near the Gateway of India is stellar. My room was spacious and clean. Staff assistance stood out. They helped with luggage and greeted me warmly upon arrival. Despite my early check-in, I received complimentary bottles of water, a nice touch. The breakfast impressed me with various Indian dishes and fresh fruits, even though the selection felt slightly limited at times. The rooftop restaurant, unfortunately, didn't live up to expectations. The food was mediocre, and my mushroom dish arrived cold. The air conditioning in my room needed servicing, as it dripped water onto the floor, which took a while to fix. Great location and friendly staff, but there are maintenance areas needing attention.

Good intentions, flawed execution
Friendly staff who provided smooth check-in and great assistance with luggage. The location is convenient for sightseeing and dining options. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, maintenance issues persisted, with cleanliness lacking in the rooms, leaving a disappointing impression.

I loved the cozy corner suite we stayed in. the views were absolutely stunning and the little sitting area made it perfect for relaxing. There’s also a rooftop terrace for drinks and a casual breakfast buffet that had something new every day. The bathroom could have used a bit of updating, but it didn’t impact my overall experience at all! 😊

Particularly good location with MAGNIFICENT view of the arabian sea. Location next to the markets and Marine Drive and a beautiful roof top restaurant and terrace.
